Dysrhymia is also called cardiac arrythimia which represents the abnormal heart rythum.

In normal sinus rythum ,rythum will be regular that means distance between 2 qrs complex is same but in dysrythmia distance between qrs complex is different.

Normal sinus rythum can seen in

1.sinus tachycardia.

2.sinus bradycardia.

3.atrial tachycardia.

Abnormal or irregular rythm present in

1.atrial fibrillation.

2.atrial flutter.

3.ventricular fibrillation.

Ecg waves are main elements in the ecg which contain three waves.depolarisation of atria indicates P wave while, QRS is depolarisation of ventricles.T wave indicates ventricles repolarisation.
