A satisfied employee can able to create more than 100 hundred customers. So the company can create a Win-Win strategy which helps both employees and company to attain the goals and objectives. Most of the companies are using different methods for managing the employee’s grievances. For effectively solving the issues, the companies should use the consultative mechanism or consultative committee. Consultative committee mainly includes an HR manager, employee and union representative.
Using consultative committee is very effective for the companies to solve the issues faced by the employees without wasting time.

It also helps the company for understanding the actual need of the employees and it also helps for reducing the conflicts between the management and employee unions, because we are taking the final decision by considering the interest of the employees.
