- It checks the performance of an employee and either gives them tips to make themselves better at what they do, or rewards them in the form of an appraisal.
- The management evaluates their work and gives feedback on their job performance. They also redirect and guide how to make better decisions and ways of doing their jobs.
- When the human resource department conducts this process there are mainly three type of reactions which the employers get:-
1- A positive attitude of being grateful for receiving a reward
2- Disappointed for being critiqued upon. Some people aim at improving while others adopt a negative approach to work.
3- Subordinatory response, which might even incite professional jealousy.
