She states even after resting, she does not feel rested and is having difficulty sleeping even though she feels tired. She is having difficulty concentrating and sitting still for long periods of time to finish her work. She feels hungry often and reports a 13 lb weight loss in the last 4 weeks. She denies any kind of dieting or intentional weight loss. She complains of body aches and episodes of diarrhea. She also reports feeling hot and warm very often. Most Recent Vital Signs: BP: 145/85, HR 118, RR 20, T 99.9 F Past Medical History: No Known PMH Allergies: No Known Allergies 1. Are there any distinctive findings of Mrs. H.
