Answer: The past public health experiences can let us to learn and prevent the things to happen again in the future. In the past, there were not much emphasize given to the healthy weight of the people. People were not at all concerned regarding their increasing weight. This leads to increase in the health illness and diseases at present.

So, to prevent this it is necessary to create positive awareness among people to adapt healthy lifestyle as well as indulge themselves in the physical activities.

Some of the changes that need to be done to improve the outcomes such as influencing people more towards the maintaining healthy weight. They should be encouraged to engage themselves being healthy and to reduce the risk of developing any kind of diseases specially which are related to Obesity such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc.
