Activities of a health educator :Decision making Philosophy: Provide details about the risk of selling marijuana and what it does to teenagers .Emphasize the needs for living a productive life.

Behavior change Philosophy: Set up assured gifts and teach the persons about self limiting illegal activities. Make contract between local citizens and two young adults , that they both will start work in a honest way.In turn they will be provided some allowances for modifying their unhealthy behavior.

Freeing/Functioning Philosophy: Give lessons to the young adults on the ill-effects of marijuana use &consequences of selling it and also let them decide what is best for themselves , not what is good for society.
