A patient who is been aware of his disease condition ,merely because of this reason cannot be subjected to a research without their knowledge or consent for a research. For instance the case of Henrietta Lacks where her cells were used till now for research purpose which had a great controversy when their family came to know that her cells are used without consent.

2.A professional counsellor is one who is highly skilled and trained to provide good psychological support and can also understand the feelings of a patient but this can be devastating for a women with a deadly diagnosis to get randomized for a counselling from a different professionals to whom she has to inform or narrate the scenarios from the beginning to get into a better counselling

3.It is a good reason to complain because it is an act of destroying one's self image or against the principle of autonomy and raising a complaint are valid The person can be juried for invasion of privacy ,misinterpreting, misusing, fraudulent activity.
