Can anyone identify this plant for me? I have been looking all over the internet. This plant is very tall, has lots of yellow flowers clustered together in many different regions of the plant. This picture was taken in September of 2016 in Pennsylvania

The plant is looking similar to Hydrangea arborescens Annabelle’ has snowball-like flowers. Arborescens, commonly known as smooth hydrangea, wild hydrangea, or sevenbark, is a species of flowering plant in the family Hydrangeaceae. It is a small- to medium-sized,deciduous shrub up to 3 m (10 ft) tall that is native to the eastern United States.
