Answer: Change is required in every field so as in the professional areas. As a leader one has to understand the need of change which brings positivity as well as improved outcomes. Understanding and implementing are powerful tools which can influence change in professional area.

As a leader it is necessary to have a good and powerful zeal and enthusiasm to work in a team and decision making at the right time. These are the two strength which a leader should have.

The two areas of improvement to skill in leading and influencing change are adopting the new things as well as implementing the new ideas. These things required to accept the change which influences the leadership.

As a leader working in a team with the same spirit and letting everyone participate equally in the task. Leader should have proper communication skills which cleared doubt as well as encourage the team members to work with efforts.
