Data is very important matter to an individual and it is also very confidential subject. In the present day perspective data can be misused by the hackers and other evil-minded persons. Other countries always want to get data of another countries and now in every country we find the data bank.

Electron tree there should be a centralised system from which the basic data can be utilised by the confidential agency control by the government. But in reality it appears that and individual needs to submit data in various places and such a system reduces the security of data and brings danger to a person's life. It appears that a person needs to submit data to various government agencies, to the employer, to the local authority if into the private authorities for getting any service.

So the government should take steps so that data can be preserved in a centralised system and a particular authority needs permission to examine data without any effort of change and importation. There should not be any facility to duplicate the data or to download the data from the sources. Only by permission the data can be used for some particular purpose and when the permission is given so the particular persons' data should be used. In such case the agency would not be able to access the data of any person.
