Question:

Answer below in 5 sentences or more. Do you think too much or too little emphasis is placed on human relations within the work environment? What direction do you think should be taken in the future relative to emphasis on human relations? Why?

Answers

Personally speaking, I believe that too much emphasis is placed on Human Relations in the workplace. I state this opinion of mine based on my work experience. The Human Resources department focus on maintaining a good employee and management relationship. They also ensure adequate training is provided to the employees at all levels and many programs are conducted in the due course. Aspiring leaders are also selected and a process is devised to provide them with the right kind of leadership qualities.

Also, any conflicts are resolved immediately. They aim to provide a harmonious workplace culture.

In future, believe that Human Relations need to be taken to the advanced level to adapt to the strategically changing business environment. The organization need to equip their employees and the management to cope up with the dynamic world of intense competition.
