Ans: DNA polymerase
DNA polymerase is an enzyme that catalyze the synthesis of DNA strands and act as the building block of DNA molecules. DNA polymerase reads the template strand and add the incoming nucleotides complementary to the template strand to the 3' end of the growing DNA strand by creating a phosphodiester bond between them. Other options are not applicable since Primase is an enzyme that catalyzes the formation of primer which is a short RNA strand required for initiation of DNA synthesis, Topoisomerase is an enzyme that introduces negative supercoiling to the positively supercoiled structure of DNA, DNA helicase is an enzyme that unwinds the dsDNA with the help of ATP so that the DNA strands can be replicated.
