a) Compassion - Profound feeling of compassion, care, empathy is needed by nursing professions for their patients.
b) Professionalism - The nurses shoud be highly profession and should carry out thier duties as per hospital and patient care guidelines and should be serious and sincere in their work. They should have high levels of commitment in their work.
c) Ethics - A nurse should have high level of ethics and should consider ethical norms and humanitarian love and care for nursing their patients.
d) Excellent communication skills - Nurses shoud have very good communication skills to let patients know of their regular medication, care , diet etc. Communication skills also include effective listening skills so that nurses can empathetically listen to their patients.
e) High levels of energy or stamina - Nowadays nursing has become a very taxing work and nurses have to attend many patients and take care of them from time to time. Hence, they need high levels of energy or stamina.
f) Adjustments and adaptibility - Nurses should be very adjusting in nature and highly adaptabe to work on any shifts including night shifts.
g) Confidence - Nurses should have high level of confidence in whatever work they are assigned by the doctors and should never doubt their skills.
h) High levels of concentration - Nurses need high levels of concentration and attention to what they do.
Any small loss in attention or concentration in their work can put the lives of their patients in dangr.
i) Critical Thinking - Nurses sometimes need to think critically and make certain immediate and critical decisions in the absence of the doctors or till the time the doctor arrives. They need to make certain critical decisions like giving life saving drugs, oxygen masks etc.
j) Time Management - Due to the need to address multiple patients in regular intervals, effective time management is required.

These kind of training They help them with the subjects needed for medical exams, they prepare them with commonly asked questions in the medical field including nursing, then take mock interviews, they provide all the skills that is needed to be eligible to enter medical field including nursing, like human anatomy, medical devices, mock written and face to face mock interviews etc.
